1. Who Sells and Refunds Your Subscription
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and seller for all online subscription orders, including trials: it handles payment, invoicing, applicable tax and refunds for those orders under its Buyer Terms. IslamicMacro (Volkan Sezgin, Şahıs İşletmesi) provides the Platform and licenses its content to you. Refunds are issued by Paddle under its Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) and Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). You can request one through the link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us at info@islamicmacro.com.
2. Free Trial
A 14-day free trial requires a payment method but no subscription fee is charged when it starts. You can cancel at any time during the 14 days, including on the last day, from your account page or the Paddle billing portal. If you cancel, the first payment is not taken and trial access continues until the original trial end date. If you do not cancel, the first payment of the plan shown at checkout is charged automatically when the trial ends.
If you cancelled during the trial and were still charged, contact info@islamicmacro.com with your account email. We will check your cancellation record with Paddle.
3. Monthly Plan — USD 99.00 per month
The Monthly Plan renews every month until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; access continues until the end of the paid month. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancelling does not create a pro-rata refund for the unused part of a paid month.
4. Annual Plan — USD 799.00 per year
Annual Plan: USD 799.00 per year, charged once a year. The Annual Plan is a recurring subscription that renews automatically every year until cancelled.
Cancelling stops the next yearly renewal; access continues until the end of the paid year. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancelling does not create a pro-rata refund for unused months.
5. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy removes or reduces a mandatory consumer right. Consumers in some countries, including the EU and UK, have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, as described in Paddle’s Buyer Terms; that right may be lost once you have started using the digital service with your prior consent, and it does not apply to later renewal payments except where the law says otherwise. The 14-day free trial is separate from, and does not replace, any statutory withdrawal right.
6. Service Failure
If the Services are materially unavailable or materially fail to conform to their contractual description, contact info@islamicmacro.com. IslamicMacro will assess the issue and provide any repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
7. How to Cancel
Use “Cancel subscription” on your account page (Billing), the Paddle billing portal linked there, or email info@islamicmacro.com. Your account page shows whether Paddle has confirmed the cancellation and the date it takes effect.
8. International Customers
For customers outside Türkiye, this Policy is read together with mandatory consumer law applicable to the transaction. The Turkish governing-law clause in the Terms does not purport to remove mandatory protections of another jurisdiction.
