TERMS OF SERVICE & SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

Welcome to IslamicMacro, available at www.islamicmacro.com (“Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between Volkan Sezgin (Sole Proprietorship / Şahıs İşletmesi), based in Ankara, Türkiye (“we”, “us”, “IslamicMacro”), as the provider and licensor of the Platform and its research content, and the person or entity that uses the Platform or holds a subscription (“Subscriber”, “you”). They govern access to and use of the Platform and its content.
Who you contract with. Online subscription orders are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record: when you start a trial or subscription online you buy it from Paddle, under Paddle’s Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), and Paddle is responsible for payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and refunds for that order. Volkan Sezgin (Şahıs İşletmesi), trading as IslamicMacro, is the provider of the Platform and its content and licenses it to you under these Terms. These Terms govern your use of the Platform and its content; Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern the purchase.

1. Service Scope and Premium Access
The Platform delivers digital independent macroeconomic research articles, economic data pages and downloadable datasets, IslamicMacro macroeconomic forecasts, an economic calendar and research newsletters. The exact content included in a plan is described on the pricing page and in the checkout before you confirm.
The Services are general research and information. They are not personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, Shariah or other regulated professional advice. IslamicMacro does not execute customer orders, manage portfolios, take custody of customer assets or provide individualized investment recommendations.
2. Plans, Free Trial and Billing
Monthly Plan: USD 99.00 per month. The Monthly Plan is a recurring subscription that renews every month until cancelled.
Annual Plan: USD 799.00 per year, charged once a year. The Annual Plan is a recurring subscription that renews automatically every year until cancelled.
Free trial: where a plan is offered with a free trial, the trial lasts 14 days and requires a valid payment method at the start. No subscription fee is charged when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan shown at checkout starts automatically at the end of the trial and its first payment is charged then, followed by a charge every billing period until cancelled. The trial includes the articles, Excel files and forecasts marked “Free trial” on the Platform; other Premium content requires a paid plan.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and seller for all online subscription orders, including trials: it handles payment, invoicing, applicable tax and refunds for those orders under its Buyer Terms. IslamicMacro (Volkan Sezgin, Şahıs İşletmesi) provides the Platform and licenses its content to you.
Any VAT, sales tax or other tax that applies to your location is calculated by Paddle and shown at checkout before you confirm. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it; access may be suspended if payment is not completed.
3. Ordering and Confirmation
Before you start a trial or subscription, the order summary and the Paddle checkout show the plan, price, billing period, the trial end date where applicable, applicable taxes and how to cancel. Card details are entered only in the Paddle checkout; IslamicMacro does not receive or store full card numbers.
Paddle emails you a confirmation when a trial or subscription starts and a receipt for each payment. Your account page shows the subscription status, the trial end date and the next payment date and amount.
4. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds
You can cancel a trial or subscription at any time from your account page (Billing) or the Paddle billing portal linked there, or by emailing info@islamicmacro.com. Cancelling during the free trial stops the first payment; trial access continues until the original trial end date. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewal charges and access continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Cancellation is not itself a waiver of any statutory withdrawal, refund, conformity or other mandatory consumer right. IslamicMacro does not make a blanket claim that all digital subscriptions are exempt from withdrawal rights.
Where applicable law gives consumers a right of withdrawal, that right is described in Paddle’s Buyer Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where an exception for immediately supplied digital services requires your express request or acknowledgement, it is applied only if that request or acknowledgement was obtained at checkout.
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, unused time in a paid billing period is not automatically refundable merely because the Subscriber cancels. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund or other remedy that mandatory law requires.
5. Consumer and Business Customers
A Consumer is a natural person acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession where the applicable law treats that person as a consumer. A Business Customer is a person or entity acting for business, professional or commercial purposes. Mandatory consumer protections cannot be waived by these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property and Usage Restraints
Subject to third-party rights, original research, proprietary datasets, forecasts, workbook models, written analysis and other original materials created or controlled by IslamicMacro remain the intellectual property of IslamicMacro or their respective rights holders.
Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased materials for personal or internal business purposes within the purchased user scope.
Do not syndicate, resell, republish, publicly distribute, sublicense or commercially redistribute IslamicMacro materials without written authorization.
Do not systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror or reproduce the Platform or datasets, except to the extent a restriction cannot lawfully apply.
Do not share credentials or provide access to persons outside the purchased user scope.
Enterprise, team or multi-user use requires an appropriate written licence.
7. Data, Forecasts and Availability
Data may be derived from public, licensed or third-party sources. We do not warrant that every data point is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Forecasts and scenarios are uncertain and are not guarantees of future outcomes. Temporary outages, maintenance, third-party failures and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
8. Account Security
You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be allocated to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses Vercel (hosting and file storage), a PostgreSQL database provider, an email delivery provider and Paddle.com (seller and Merchant of Record for online subscription orders). Their own terms and privacy notices apply to services they provide. IslamicMacro remains responsible for the research content and the Platform.
10. Suspension and Termination
IslamicMacro may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, credential abuse, unlawful use, security threats or serious misuse of intellectual property, subject to applicable law and any required notice, cure or refund rights.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IslamicMacro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or loss of profits. For Business Customers, aggregate contractual liability relating to the Services will not exceed the fees actually paid to IslamicMacro during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited. No limitation applies to rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the Subscriber’s jurisdiction.
For Business Customers that are merchants or public legal entities, and only where a jurisdiction agreement is legally permitted and valid, Ankara courts and enforcement offices are agreed as the competent forum. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and dispute-resolution rights are not waived.
13. Language
These Terms may be provided in English and Turkish. Both versions are intended to express the same agreement. If a dispute is brought before a Turkish court and a Turkish version has been designated for that proceeding, the Turkish text may be relied upon, subject always to mandatory law and the court’s authority.
14. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated where required by law. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

www.islamicmacro.com adresinde sunulan IslamicMacro’ya (“Platform”) hoş geldiniz. İşbu Hizmet Koşulları (“Koşullar”), Platformun ve araştırma içeriğinin sağlayıcısı ve lisans vereni sıfatıyla Ankara, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren Volkan Sezgin (Şahıs İşletmesi) (“biz”, “bize”, “IslamicMacro”) ile Platformu kullanan veya abonelik sahibi olan kişi ya da kuruluş (“Abone”, “siz”) arasında hukuken bağlayıcı bir sözleşmedir. Platforma erişimi ve Platformun ve içeriğinin kullanımını düzenler.
Kiminle sözleşme yaptığınız. Çevrimiçi abonelik siparişleri, çevrimiçi satıcımız ve Merchant of Record’umuz (kayıtlı satıcı) Paddle.com tarafından satılır: çevrimiçi olarak bir deneme veya abonelik başlattığınızda bunu Paddle’ın Alıcı Koşulları (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) kapsamında Paddle’dan satın alırsınız ve o siparişin ödeme, fatura, satış vergisi/KDV ve iade işlemlerinden Paddle sorumludur. IslamicMacro adıyla faaliyet gösteren Volkan Sezgin (Şahıs İşletmesi), Platformun ve içeriğinin sağlayıcısıdır ve bunların kullanım lisansını işbu Koşullar kapsamında size verir. Platformun ve içeriğin kullanımı işbu Koşullara, satın alma işlemi ise Paddle’ın Alıcı Koşullarına tabidir.

1. Hizmetin Kapsamı ve Premium Erişim
Platform; dijital bağımsız makroekonomik araştırma makaleleri, ekonomik veri sayfaları ve indirilebilir veri setleri, IslamicMacro makroekonomik tahminleri, ekonomik takvim ve araştırma bültenleri sunar. Bir plana dahil olan içerik, onaylamadan önce fiyatlandırma sayfasında ve ödeme ekranında açıklanır.
Hizmetler genel araştırma ve bilgilendirme niteliğindedir. Kişiye özel yatırım, finans, hukuk, vergi, muhasebe, Şeriat veya diğer düzenlemeye tabi mesleki danışmanlık değildir. IslamicMacro müşteri emirlerini gerçekleştirmez, portföy yönetmez, müşteri varlıklarını saklamaz veya kişiselleştirilmiş yatırım tavsiyesi vermez.
2. Planlar, Ücretsiz Deneme ve Faturalandırma
Aylık Plan: aylık 99,00 ABD Doları. Aylık Plan, iptal edilene kadar her ay yenilenen yinelenen bir aboneliktir.
Yıllık Plan: yılda bir kez tahsil edilen yıllık 799,00 ABD Doları. Yıllık Plan, iptal edilene kadar her yıl otomatik olarak yenilenen yinelenen bir aboneliktir.
Ücretsiz deneme: Bir plan ücretsiz deneme ile sunuluyorsa deneme 14 gün sürer ve başlangıçta geçerli bir ödeme yöntemi gerektirir. Deneme başlarken abonelik ücreti alınmaz. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz, ödeme ekranında gösterilen plan deneme sonunda otomatik olarak başlar ve ilk ödeme o tarihte alınır; ardından iptal edilene kadar her faturalandırma döneminde ücret alınır. Deneme, Platformda “Free trial” olarak işaretlenen makaleleri, Excel dosyalarını ve tahminleri kapsar; diğer Premium içerikler ücretli plan gerektirir.
Paddle.com, denemeler dahil tüm çevrimiçi abonelik siparişlerinin Merchant of Record’u ve satıcısıdır: bu siparişlerin ödeme, fatura, uygulanan vergi ve iade işlemlerini kendi Alıcı Koşulları kapsamında yürütür. IslamicMacro (Volkan Sezgin, Şahıs İşletmesi) Platformu sağlar ve içeriğin kullanım lisansını size verir.
Bulunduğunuz yere uygulanan KDV, satış vergisi veya diğer vergiler Paddle tarafından hesaplanır ve onaylamadan önce ödeme ekranında gösterilir. Yenileme ödemesi başarısız olursa Paddle ödemeyi yeniden deneyebilir; ödeme tamamlanmazsa erişim askıya alınabilir.
3. Sipariş ve Onay
Deneme veya aboneliği başlatmadan önce sipariş özeti ve Paddle ödeme ekranı; planı, fiyatı, faturalandırma dönemini, varsa deneme bitiş tarihini, uygulanan vergileri ve iptal yöntemini gösterir. Kart bilgileri yalnızca Paddle ödeme ekranında girilir; IslamicMacro tam kart numaralarını almaz ve saklamaz.
Deneme veya abonelik başladığında Paddle size onay e-postası, her ödeme için de makbuz gönderir. Hesap sayfanız abonelik durumunu, deneme bitiş tarihini ve sonraki ödemenin tarihini ve tutarını gösterir.
4. İptal, Cayma ve İadeler
Denemeyi veya aboneliği istediğiniz zaman hesap sayfanızdan (Billing), oradaki Paddle fatura portalından ya da info@islamicmacro.com adresine e-posta göndererek iptal edebilirsiniz. Ücretsiz deneme sırasında iptal, ilk ödemenin alınmasını durdurur; deneme erişimi başlangıçta belirlenen deneme bitiş tarihine kadar sürer. Ücretli aboneliğin iptali gelecekteki yenileme ücretlerini durdurur ve zorunlu hukuk aksini gerektirmedikçe erişim ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder.
İptal işlemi tek başına kanundan doğan cayma, iade, ayıba karşı koruma veya diğer zorunlu tüketici haklarından feragat anlamına gelmez. IslamicMacro, tüm dijital aboneliklerin cayma hakkından istisna olduğunu topluca ileri sürmez.
Uygulanabilir hukuk tüketicilere cayma hakkı tanıyorsa bu hak Paddle Alıcı Koşulları’nda ve İade ve İptal Politikamızda açıklanır. Derhal sunulan dijital hizmetlere ilişkin bir istisna açık talep veya onay gerektiriyorsa, bu istisna yalnızca söz konusu talep veya onay ödeme ekranında alınmışsa uygulanır.
Zorunlu hukuk aksini gerektirmedikçe, Abonenin iptal etmesi tek başına ödenmiş faturalandırma dönemindeki kullanılmayan süre için otomatik orantılı iade veya kredi hakkı doğurmaz. İşbu Koşullar, zorunlu hukukun gerektirdiği herhangi bir iade veya diğer hukuki çözüm yolunu ortadan kaldırmaz.
5. Tüketiciler ve Ticari Müşteriler
Tüketici, uygulanabilir hukukun tüketici olarak kabul ettiği ve esas olarak ticari, mesleki veya işletme faaliyeti dışında hareket eden gerçek kişidir. Ticari Müşteri, ticari, mesleki veya işletme amaçlarıyla hareket eden kişi veya kuruluştur. Zorunlu tüketici korumalarından işbu Koşullar ile feragat edilemez.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet ve Kullanım Kısıtlamaları
Üçüncü kişi hakları saklı kalmak kaydıyla, IslamicMacro tarafından oluşturulan veya kontrol edilen özgün araştırmalar, özel veri setleri, tahminler, çalışma kitabı modelleri, yazılı analizler ve diğer özgün materyaller IslamicMacro’nun veya ilgili hak sahiplerinin fikri mülkiyetidir.
Abonelere, satın alınan kullanıcı kapsamı dahilinde materyallere kişisel veya şirket içi kullanım amacıyla erişme ve bunları kullanma konusunda sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans verilir.
IslamicMacro materyalleri yazılı izin olmaksızın sendikasyon yoluyla dağıtılamaz, yeniden satılamaz, yeniden yayımlanamaz, kamuya açık şekilde dağıtılamaz, alt lisans verilemez veya ticari olarak yeniden dağıtılamaz.
Platform veya veri setleri, hukuken uygulanamayacak bir kısıtlama söz konusu olmadıkça sistematik şekilde kazınamaz, taranamaz, toplanamaz, aynalanamaz veya çoğaltılamaz.
Giriş bilgileri paylaşılmaz ve satın alınan kullanıcı kapsamı dışındaki kişilere erişim sağlanmaz.
Kurumsal, ekip veya çok kullanıcılı kullanım için uygun yazılı lisans gerekir.
7. Veriler, Tahminler ve Kullanılabilirlik
Veriler kamuya açık, lisanslı veya üçüncü taraf kaynaklardan elde edilebilir. Her veri noktasının eksiksiz, güncel, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olduğunu garanti etmiyoruz. Tahminler ve senaryolar belirsizdir ve gelecekteki sonuçların garantisi değildir. Geçici kesintiler, bakım, üçüncü taraf arızaları ve makul kontrolümüz dışındaki olaylar kullanılabilirliği etkileyebilir.
8. Hesap Güvenliği
Doğru bilgiler sağlamalı ve giriş bilgilerinizi gizli tutmalısınız. Kanunen size yüklenemeyecek sorumluluklar saklı kalmak üzere hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen faaliyetlerden sorumlusunuz.
9. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
Platform; Vercel (barındırma ve dosya depolama), bir PostgreSQL veritabanı sağlayıcısı, bir e-posta gönderim sağlayıcısı ve Paddle.com’u (çevrimiçi abonelik siparişlerinin satıcısı ve Merchant of Record’u) kullanır. Bu sağlayıcıların kendi koşulları ve gizlilik bildirimleri sundukları hizmetlere uygulanır. Araştırma içeriği ve Platformdan IslamicMacro sorumludur.
10. Askıya Alma ve Fesih
IslamicMacro, zorunlu hukuk ve gerekli bildirim, ihlalin giderilmesi veya iade hakları saklı kalmak üzere; ödeme yapılmaması, esaslı ihlal, hesap bilgilerinin kötüye kullanılması, hukuka aykırı kullanım, güvenlik tehditleri veya fikri mülkiyetin ciddi şekilde kötüye kullanılması hallerinde erişimi askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebilir.
11. Sorumluluk
Uygulanabilir hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde IslamicMacro; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlar ya da kâr kaybından sorumlu olmayacaktır. Ticari Müşteriler bakımından Hizmetlerle bağlantılı toplam sözleşmesel sorumluluk, talebe neden olan olaydan önceki on iki ay içinde IslamicMacro’ya fiilen ödenen ücretleri aşmayacaktır; kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluklar saklıdır. Kanunen hariç tutulamayan veya sınırlandırılamayan hak ve sorumluluklara herhangi bir sınırlama uygulanmaz.
12. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlıklar
İşbu Koşullar, Abonenin bulunduğu ülkede uygulanması zorunlu tüketici korumaları saklı kalmak üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
Ticari Müşterinin tacir veya kamu tüzel kişisi olması ve yetki sözleşmesinin hukuken izin verilen ve geçerli olduğu durumlarla sınırlı olarak Ankara mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkili kılınır. Zorunlu tüketici yetkisi ve uyuşmazlık çözüm haklarından feragat edilmez.
13. Dil
İşbu Koşullar İngilizce ve Türkçe olarak sunulabilir. Her iki metnin de aynı sözleşmeyi ifade etmesi amaçlanır. Bir uyuşmazlık Türk mahkemesine taşınır ve yargılama için Türkçe metin belirlenirse, her zaman zorunlu hukuk ve mahkemenin yetkisi saklı kalmak üzere Türkçe metne dayanılabilir.
14. Değişiklikler ve Bölünebilirlik
İşbu Koşulları ileriye dönük olarak güncelleyebiliriz. Mevcut bir aboneliği etkileyen esaslı değişiklikler, hukukun gerektirdiği durumlarda bildirilecektir. Herhangi bir hüküm geçersiz veya uygulanamaz olursa, gerekli asgari ölçüde sınırlandırılır veya ayrılır; kalan hükümler yürürlükte kalır.
